How Torinteo handles account, client, workspace, AI, social connection, billing, support and usage information.
Information Torinteo processes
Torinteo may process account and profile information such as your email address, username, authentication identifiers, plan, preferences, workspace membership, privacy choices, support messages and security events. When you use creation tools, Torinteo may also process prompts, uploaded images and videos, reference files, generated media, project information, Brand Kits, saved Memory, marketing content, websites or URLs supplied to Website Intelligence and related generation or usage records.
Agency, client and team information
Agency features can process information supplied about managed clients, including client names, business details, campaign settings, Brand Kits, projects, schedules, selected platforms, publishing preferences, team-member or client email addresses and workspace roles. If you provide another person's or client's information, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason and authority to provide it and to use Torinteo on their behalf.
Social connections and publishing data
When an authorised user connects a supported social account, Torinteo processes the information needed to complete authentication, identify the selected destination and carry out publishing for the exact workspace, client, project and platform selected. Connection credentials or tokens needed for publishing are handled server-side and associated with that context. Torinteo may also keep publishing request, acceptance, failure and charge records needed for delivery, retries, billing, support and security.
Billing, subscriptions and credits
Payment details may be collected and processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by Torinteo. Torinteo may store account and Agency subscription status, client subscription status, plan information, credit balances, credit-allocation choices, reserved and consumed credit events, payment or subscription references, renewal information, invoices or billing-support records needed to provide paid access and reconcile charges. Personal credit records and Agency client credit records may be kept separately where the product uses client-isolated billing.
How and why information is used
Torinteo uses information to create and secure accounts, provide requested AI and workspace features, save and retrieve user content, operate Agency campaigns and automation, connect and publish to selected social destinations, manage subscriptions and credits, provide support, diagnose faults, prevent misuse, keep records required for billing or security and improve service reliability. Where UK data protection law applies, the lawful basis can depend on the activity and may include providing the service under a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.
Service providers and connected platforms
Torinteo relies on service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, databases, object storage, AI generation, video processing, payments, email, monitoring and automation. Information is sent to a connected social platform when you instruct Torinteo to authenticate, discover destinations or publish through that platform. Providers receive only the information needed for the relevant service or workflow, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Public gallery and visibility controls
Some completed generated images and videos can be eligible for Torinteo's public gallery depending on the privacy settings attached to the account and asset. Settings include controls for public-gallery visibility and public asset sharing. Turning on the option to hide generated creations from the public gallery makes those creations ineligible for public-gallery display. Agency client information, social connection credentials and private workspace records are not public-gallery content.
Cookies, local storage and device information
Torinteo uses essential cookies or similar storage for login, authentication, session continuity, security and core app operation. The service may also record device, browser, diagnostic and usage information needed for reliability and support. Optional analytics/performance and marketing storage choices are controlled through the available cookie settings and are separate from essential storage. Some preferences, such as notification or interface choices, may also be stored locally on the device.
Retention and security
Torinteo keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant account, workspace, generation, Agency, billing, security or support function and for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting requirements where applicable. Different records can have different retention needs. Access controls, authentication, workspace/client scoping and protected server-side storage are used to reduce unauthorised access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and data rights
Available Settings let you change profile, privacy, visibility and optional cookie choices. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support for privacy requests. If UK data protection law applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this privacy information
Torinteo may update this Privacy Policy when features, data uses, providers or legal requirements change. Where a material new use of personal information is introduced, the updated information should be made available before or when that new use applies, as required by applicable law.
