Rules for Torinteo accounts, AI creation, Agency client work, automation, social publishing, uploaded media, subscriptions and credits.
Adult service eligibility
Torinteo is an adult service intended for users aged 18 or over, including creators, professionals and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Torinteo account. Do not create an account, access a workspace or use Torinteo on behalf of another person if you are under 18.
Using Torinteo
Torinteo provides AI-powered creative, marketing and workspace tools including image generation, video generation, marketing packs, Website Intelligence, Projects, Brand Kits, Library, Memory, Torinteo Brain, Agency campaign management, automation and supported social publishing. Beat Clone is a separate Torinteo product with its own music workflows. You agree to use the services only for lawful personal, creative or business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts, workspaces and team access
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity carried out through your account. If you give another authorised person access through an Agency or team workspace, you are responsible for assigning appropriate access and for removing access when it is no longer required. Users must not share credentials in a way that bypasses Torinteo's account, role or workspace controls.
Agency clients and authority to act
If you use Agency features for a client, you confirm that you are authorised to create, schedule, connect accounts, publish, advertise or otherwise carry out the actions you instruct Torinteo to perform for that client. Torinteo does not require an end client to log in and approve each campaign before an authorised Agency operator can activate it. Any manual approval setting is an operator publishing control and does not replace your responsibility to obtain any client consent, permission, contract or legal authority required outside Torinteo.
Automation and social publishing
Automation can create, schedule or publish content according to the client, campaign, media, schedule and destinations selected by an authorised operator. You are responsible for checking those settings before activation and for monitoring active campaigns. Only connect social accounts and destinations that you are authorised to manage. Provider rules, advertising rules, account restrictions and platform policies continue to apply when Torinteo publishes through a connected service.
Connected third-party accounts
Some features use third-party providers for social authentication, publishing, payments, hosting, AI generation, storage or other services. When you connect a third-party account, you authorise Torinteo to use that connection for the feature and client/project context you selected. You remain responsible for the third-party account, its permissions and compliance with that provider's terms. You can lose access to a Torinteo feature if a provider connection expires, is revoked, is unavailable or no longer has the required permissions.
AI-generated and uploaded content
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, reference files, brand assets, websites supplied for analysis, marketing copy and outputs generated from those inputs. Review outputs before use and make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content, client materials, product claims, likenesses, trademarks, music, logos and other third-party materials. AI and website analysis can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected and should not be treated as automatically verified.
Prohibited use
You may not use Torinteo to create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, deceptive or unsafe content. You may not use the service for unauthorised access, spam, credential theft, platform manipulation or deceptive publishing, and you may not attempt to bypass credits, subscriptions, client isolation, permissions, security controls, rate limits, moderation systems or platform access rules.
Credits, subscriptions and paid features
Some Torinteo actions require an active subscription, credits or both. Different actions may use different credit amounts. Personal credits and Agency client credits are separate where client-isolated billing applies. The included Agency package is not silently placed into the purchaser's personal wallet: where it has not yet been assigned, an Agency owner or admin chooses the managed client that receives it, and those credits are placed into that client's isolated Agency credit pool. Additional managed clients can have their own recurring Agency tier and credit cycle. A client campaign may be paused or prevented from activating when its required subscription, credits, allocation or publishing readiness are not available.
Reservations, failed actions and billing review
Some charged workflows reserve credits while work is in progress. Completed chargeable actions may consume the reservation, while failed, expired or incomplete actions may release, refund or require review of the reservation according to the workflow state. Duplicate billing, payment errors, subscription issues and disputed credit events can be reviewed by support using Torinteo's account, transaction and job records.
Service availability
AI providers, social platforms, payment providers, storage systems, hosting services and networks can experience delays, maintenance, rate limits, policy changes or outages. Torinteo aims to keep the service reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful delivery by every third-party platform or completion of every generation or automated action.
Intellectual property
Torinteo owns or licenses the platform software, user interface, branding, documentation and service design. You keep responsibility for content you upload and for determining what rights you have in generated outputs. Rights in an output can depend on your inputs, applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of the AI or media provider involved.
No marketing or AI performance guarantee
Torinteo does not guarantee that AI outputs, Website Intelligence, marketing campaigns, automation or social publishing will produce a particular commercial result, ranking, audience response, engagement level, sale, conversion or revenue. You are responsible for reviewing factual statements, claims, targeting, brand suitability, accessibility and legal compliance before or while using generated work commercially.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Torinteo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by your content choices, unauthorised client instructions, third-party platform decisions or failures outside Torinteo's reasonable control. Any limitation in these terms applies only where it is lawful and does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Suspension, termination and changes
Torinteo may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account appears to violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse AI or publishing tools, bypass billing or permissions, or threaten the service or other users. Torinteo may update these terms as the product, providers, laws and operating model evolve. Material changes should be presented in a clear way so users can review the terms that apply to future use of the service.
